PERIOD OF TIME FOR WHICH PERSONAL DATA IS KEPT
1.8. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the effects of the rights and obligations arising from the implementation of the contractual relationship itself, and for the period necessary for the purposes of archiving under the relevant generally binding legal regulations, but no longer than five years from the termination of the contractual relationship.

1.9. Other recipients of your personal data will be shipping companies and other persons involved in the delivery of goods to the place of destination or in performing payments, to the extent necessary for the implementation of the contractual relationship.

You have no obligation to provide your personal data. Providing your personal data is a necessary requirement for completing the actual contractual relationship and without providing your personal data, it is not possible to complete your contractual relationship or fulfil it by the Controller.
